The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the investigation in Crime No.172 of 2015, dated 20.04.2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Lalgudi Police Station, Trichy District insofar as the petitioners concerned.

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the respondent police is yet to file a final report in Crime No.172 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is

dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
