ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the Respondents to give the permission and protection for conducting the Aadal Paadal Cultural Program on 15.01.2024 in connection with Thai Pongal Festival at Vandiyur Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, based upon the Petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2024. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the permission was already granted by the Respondents to the Petitioner herein.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor furnished the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Anna Nagar, Madurai, whereby the Petitioner was granted the permission. The same is recorded. 2/4
