Prayer in CRP(MD).SR.No.29958/2017 and 29960/2017 : To call for the records and set aside the fair and decretal order dated 23.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.349/2016 in O.S.No.199/2016 by the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KALYANKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 132 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this court. sd/- 03/01/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
