2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 15.12.2017 to till date. Further he represented that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that after completing investigation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10867 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13006 of 2017, dated 29.11.2017 to report before the concerned Court twice in a week , is fully relaxed.
