This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay full compensation amount to the petitioner for the land acquired in Town Survey No 1⁄2, Block No. 3, Ward F, situated at Sevelur Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 03.12.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the entire compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner on 10.10.2022.
