JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter, dated 24.03.2025, to the Registry stating that the appellant is not willing to proceed further with the case, and he asked him to withdraw the present Second Appeal on the file of this Court. Accordingly, the matter is listed before this Court under the caption "for withdrawal", today.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (27.03.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the appellant is present, and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
