ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who was arrested by the respondent police on 18.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8C r/w 20(b)(ii)b) and Section 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.175 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 1.500 kg of ganja

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
