PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.367 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 08.12.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 452 and 397 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 367 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 06.12.2020, the petitioner along with other accused persons entered into the defacto complainant's house and robbed eight sovereign of gold chain from the wife of the de-facto complainant.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.340 of 2021 from the wife of the de-facto complainant by showing aruval and the investigation is still pending.
5.Considering the nature and the gravity of offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioner and also taking into consideration the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
6.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
