ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused No.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) and Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, in Cr.No.208 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
