ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has already laid the final report before the jurisdictional Court on 04.01.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
