The above petitions have been filed (i) to record the first respondent herein as legal heir of the deceased second respondent in the above appeal (ii) to bring on record the respondents 4 to 7 herein as legal representative of the deceased second respondent and rank them as respondents 4 to 7 in the above appeal. in the above second appeal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 26.02.2026), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Permission is granted. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
