RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time for Two weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil in Crime No. 161 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. No.12231 of 2020 on 03.11.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12231 of 2020, dated 03.11.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 03.11.2020. One of the conditions was that the petitioner should contribute 50 bags of branded ponni rice weighing 50 kgs each to Anbagam, Manavarlarchi Kundriyor, Sirapupalli, Ramanod Resereve Line, Race Course Colony, Madurai as well as to Rojavanam, Senior Citizen Care Centre, Melur Road, Maduri. The petitioner complied with the said only on 31.01.2021. Hence, he seeks extension of time to execute the sureties.

3.Considering the above reasons, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
