PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1162/2009/A2, dated 20.05.2010 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the first respondent from implementing the said impugned order.

This writ petition is filed as against the order of cancelling the approval License Plan No.113/109, dated 28.07.2009. 2.On 28.03.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(30.03.2022), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
