[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] Though the petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation, dated 21.12.2019, within the time stipulated by this Court, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the third respondent to give the details with regard to the rejection of the petitioner's nomination. In this regard, the District Collector, Karur, has also written a letter, dated 26.12.2019, calling upon the third respondent to communicate the details to the petitioner with regard to the rejection of her nomination.

2. Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4, submitted that the third respondent would communicate the details to the petitioner with regard to the rejection of her nomination, within a period of two weeks from today.
