The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2019, from the file of the Sub Court, Avinashi to the file of Sub Court, Karur.

2.Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience. The wife is a resident of Manmari Post, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur.

3. Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no strong objection for transfer being ordered. 4.Considering the convenience of the wife, H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Avinashi and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Karur, to be tried in accordance with law.
