the post of Security Guard without following the procedure as contemplated u/s 9(A) of the I.D. Act and provisions of the Rights of the Person with Disabilities Act, 2016.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 15.12.2022 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to change the petitioner from the post of Security Guard without following the procedure as contemplated under Section 9(A) of the I.D. Act and the provisions of the Rights of the Person with Disabilities Act, 2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing the present writ petition, the petitioner was given Security Guard post. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
