This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin passed in the unnumbered remand application dated 24.12.2014. 2.The matter was listed for admission on 30.01.2015. Thereafter, the matter was listed for more than five occasions, in which, the petitioner simply took adjournments and finally it was listed today.
3.Even today also, he seeks adjournment only. On perusal of records, it shows that till today, the matter has not been admitted and no notice was ordered to the respondent. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter.
