ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1665 of 2018 of Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai City.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.1665 of 2018, is almost completed and charge sheet would be filed soon.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1665 of 2018 and file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
