ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to register the settlement deeds which were presented for registration by the petitioner on 11.12.2024.
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

The petitioner's mother purchased the property comprised in S.Nos.269/3B, 268/7B to an extent of 4 acre 9 cents situated at Kundairruppu Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District and S.Nos.789/1, 789/2, 790/3, 830/12, 830/8 and 790/10 to an extent of 2 acre 39 cents situated at Ethirkottai Village, Vembakkottai Taluk, 2/5
Virudhunagar District. Thereafter the petitioner's mother had executed the Will in favour of the petitioner vide registered document No.73/2016, dated 26.12.2016. After her demise, the petitioner had executed the settlement deeds in favour of his sisters, however, the settlement deeds were not registered and they were pending before the second respondent for the reason that the title over the subject property claiming through Will has not been acted upon by mutation of revenue records in favour of the petitioner.
5. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to mutate the revenue records in his favour by acting upon the Will and present the settlement deeds for registration. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to register the same, if it is otherwise in order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
