ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who was arrested by the respondent police on 25.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.181 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner indulged in wordy quarrel and also attempted to attack with aruval.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has two previous cases of 302 IPC and the defacto complainant is a witness to the occurrence and in this case none sustained injury.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a day at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
