2. Wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.16 of 2020 from the file of the Sub Court, Devakkottai to the file of the Sub Court, Melur. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife since the wife is a resident of Melur Taluk. The husband is a resident of Seravoorani of Karaikudi Taluk.

3. Considering the convenience of the wife, HMOP No.16 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Melur for disposal in accordance with law.

4. In fine, this petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
