2. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, has sent a letter in D.No.1881 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of C.C.No.86 of 2020 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.11.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case.
