ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A3 in Crime No.229 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 452, 324, 342, 355, 109, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 04.06.2015 the petitioners along with others trespassed in to the house of the de-facto complainant and assaulted him with hands and iron rod and damaged the household articles worth about Rs.35,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel on instruction, would submit that the petitioners without prejudice to the rights and contention are ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Crime No.229 of 2015 on the file of Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, Paramakudi. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured has discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and on further condition that the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.229 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
