... Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors/respondents for their deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14341 of 2019, dated 01.10.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records in connection with impugned order in Na.Ka.No.93/2019/A1 dated 12/06/2019 of the 3rd respondent office tender notice and quash the same and directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to remove the illegal occupants among the 139 shops of the panchayat and renovate the buildings by reconstructing the removed walls and refixing the broken roof concrete and drive all the illegal occupants from the shops and conduct auction for each shops after assigning Serial Number to 1/3
all the 139 shops as 1 to 139 and conduct open auction after giving vide publicity in loval newspapers by giving opportunity to all the general public also it is highly necessary to fix a time frame for conducting the auction by monitoring higher officer of the department.

2. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Sub Application (MD)No.17 of 2020 is also closed.
