ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 416 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.330 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.19852 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court on 18.11.2024. There is no change in circumstances even now.
