Seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and aso perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that within six months the First Information Report would be filed. The said submission is recorded.

4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file final Report preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
