O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.06.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.06.2014, a case in Crime No.626 of 2014 was registered by Sankarankovil Town Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 467, 468, 471, 420 of Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.626 of 2014 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
