ORDER : These petitions coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions this court made the following order:- " In view of the endorsement made by the respondent stating that the cost as directed by this Court vide its order dated 19.01.2017 has been paid to him, both the petitions are allowed as prayed for.
