Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to have a joint survey more particularly by 4th and 5th respondents under supervision of 3rd respondent with Police protection at existing 6 feet lane on the southern side of TS Nos. 93,95,96 and northern side of T.S.No.86,92,97 of Karai Iruppu, Madurai Road, Thatchanallur, Tirunelveli based on the petitioners representation dated 26/11/2018 and issue a copy of survey report to the petitioner according to law.

O R D E R

The learned counsel who filed the contempt petition is no more. Obviously, the petitioner must be aware of the demise of his counsel. The petitioner has not made any alternative arrangement.

2. The direction given by this Court was for conducting survey in the petition mentioned area.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey was conducted as early as on 28.02.2020.

4. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
