O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the third and 4th respondents to take appropriate steps under Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 and proceed further in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Deputy Registrar has already passed an order and appeal was filed and is pending before the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Tirunelveli.

3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. The parties shall agitate their grievance in the pending appeal. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
