To set aside the fair and decretal order dated 04.07.2018 passed in R.C.A.No.15 of 2016 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge(Rent Control Appellate Authority), Madurai, confirming the fair and decretal order dated 11.01.2016 passed in R.C.O.P.No.220 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif(Rent controller), Madurai Town.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 123 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

this Court is inclined to condone the delay on condition that the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 3.This petition is accordingly ordered.

4. In the event of payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission" on 25.06.2019.
