The novel prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, forbearing the 7th respondent from proceeding the petitioner's complaint taken in R.No.26 of 2019, which is pending with the 7th respondent.
2.It is the contention of the petitioner that the 7th respondent has not properly enquired his complaint. Therefore, the 7th respondent may be restrained to take any action on the complaint given by the petitioner.
3.Having given a complaint before the concerned authorities, now, the petitioner seeks restrained order from enquiry being conducted by the 7th respondent, which is impermissible in law. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
