The writ petition is filed as against the order passed by the first respondent Inspector of Panchayat under Section 205 of the Panchayat Act, dated 09.11.2010.
2.This writ petition was filed in the year 2010. The impugned order was passed on 09.11.2010 removing the petitioner from the post of President of a Village Panchayat.
