ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to rectify the inadvertent error admitted by the 1st respondent in attaching the property in Plot No.3 bearing S.No.s 10/5, 10/5A, 83/5 at Anaiyur village Bit II, Madurai (North) taluk vide P.A.O.No.01/2021 (MDSZO) in ECIR/MDSZO/04/2018 and considering the petitioner's representations dated 19.10.2022 and 09.11.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that the prayer that has been sought for has become infructuous in view of the corrigendum issued by the 2/4

officer of the Deputy Director of Enforcement to the effect that the petitioner's property has been mistakenly included in the provisional attachment. The same is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.09.2024 RR TO
