ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner as party in person, as against the reply of the fourth respondent/ the Secretary of a School dated 13.08.2010.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the party-in-person. The impugned reply was given by the fourth respondent / the Secretary of the School on the complaint made by the petitioner as against one of the staff of the school. The said complaint was enquired by the fourth respondent, according to him there were personal disputes between the petitioner and the said staff and on this motive, the complaint has been lodged. 3.Since there is no representation, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and also for the reason that the petitioner has not made out any ground to interfere with the reply of the fourth respondent. No costs.
