Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.362 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police for offence under Sections 380 IPC read with Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act altered into Sections 427 and 428 of IPC, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner/A1 along with A2 has trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant, who is a lady and had caused extensive damage to her household articles. A2 has been arrested and released on bail.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been altered into one under Sections 427 and 448 IPC. Be that as it may, it is a clear case that this petitioner has trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant, who is a lady and living alone and caused damages to her household articles.
4.Taking into consideration the gravity of the offences alleged against this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
