2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complainant does not want to pursue the complaint further and wants to withdraw the same.
