ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.323 of 2012, within a time frame fixed by this Court in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that informing the offence under Sections 494 and 498(A) I.P.C, charge stands filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, this Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. The learned Magistrate is directed to consider the charge sheet filed in the matter without any further delay.
