PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 420 and 406 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of enquiry, FIR was registered in crime No.81 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 416, 471, 120(b) and 420 IPC.
