O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.8 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondent police is yet to file the charge sheet.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that since the entire investigation has already been completed, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R and this petition is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
