This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.4 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
