ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.09.2024 in and whereby the respondents are directed to 1/4

conduct an enquiry and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the authorities have fixed the enquiry for 21.02.2025 and they would proceed in accordance with law and pass final orders. 3.Considering the fact that this Court had directed the said exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of conduct the enquiry expeditiously and pass final orders, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
