ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.423 of 2015 of Cumbum North Police Station, Cumbum, Theni District. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.423 of 2015, is almost completed and charge sheet would be filed soon.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.423 of 2015 and file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order.
