3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.04.2015, a case has been registered in Crime No.161 of 2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 341 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and 379(NH). 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
