O R D E R

Heard Mr. J.M. Arvind Pawlraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S. Deenadhayalan, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr. S. Balaji, learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from installing electricity pole in the petitioner's land in Survey No.81/2 Kizhagudi Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District for providing electricity service connection to the land belonging to the third respondent.

3. The petitioner's grievance is that though a representation to this effect has been submitted to the respondents 1 and 2, the respondents 1 and 2 has not considered the same, as of today. 2/4

4. Mr. S. Deenadhalayaln, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.11.2025, will be considered on merits within a time frame to be framed by this Court. The said submission is taken on record.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.11.2025, on its own merits and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

6. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.
