ORDER

The petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records in connection with F.I.R. in Crime No.234 of 2015 on the file of the Nagamalai Pudukottai Police Station, Madurai District, and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned

Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that on completion of the investigation the matter has been closed as 'mistake of fact'.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Further, this court directs the first respondent to serve a copy of the closure report to the second respondent/defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
