Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SARVAGAN PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to comply with the order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13802 of 2020, dated 02.12.2020. 2.The petitioner's counsel submitted that since the petitioner is a resident of Karur and he has no relative in Viruthunagar, he is not in a position to execute blood surety and hence, the petitioner filed the present petition.

3.Considering the above submission and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall execute two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
