ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. V. Kannan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. R. Sivakumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Sessions Judge and Special Court for PCR Sivagangai, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17365 of 2022 dated 13.10.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Sessions Judge concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
