Unless the time is extenden, I will be put irreparable loss.
PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR19641 of 2017:- To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 18.12.2014 made in I.A.No.13 of 2013 in W.C.No.132 of 2007 on the file of the Workman Compensation Tribunal, Dindigul.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 29.11.2017, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of one week from today, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to his ill health and personal inconvenience, he was not able to pay the cost in time and hence, he seeks to extend the time for paying costs. 3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect payment as directed by this Court on 29.11.2017, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
