PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to produce in person or body of the Petitioner's younger daughter R.Elamathi daughter of M.S.Rajendran aged about 27 years, before this Court and set her at liberty within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce in person or body of the petitioner's younger daughter, R.Elamathi, daughter of M.S.Rajendran, aged about 27 years, before this Court and set her at liberty within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending this petition, the second respondent secured the daughter of the petitioner and handed over her to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
